Does it work by voice or text?
Both - and voice is the flagship experience. You can speak directly to your coach in real-time, just like a phone call. Text is always available too, so you can switch based on what's convenient. Voice role-play puts you in live conversations with an AI buyer or seller so you can practice out loud before the real thing.
Can I change my coach persona after I'm matched?
Yes. You can re-run the matching process at any time from your dashboard, or manually select a different coach persona if you want to try a different style.
What's the difference between the coach personas?
Each of our 12 personas has a distinct coaching philosophy, communication style, and methodology focus. Some are high-energy and script-driven; others are relationship-focused and strategic. The matching process pairs you with the best fit based on your personality and goals.
How does the Team plan work for brokers?
The broker gets a dashboard showing each agent's session activity, check-in consistency, and goal progress - without seeing private session content. It's designed to give brokers visibility into coaching engagement, not surveillance of conversations.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings - no phone calls, no cancellation fees. If you cancel mid-cycle, you keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is soravel built specifically for real estate agents?
Yes - exclusively. soravel is not a generic sales training or roleplay tool. Every feature is built around the real estate business cycle: GCI goals, listing appointments, buyer sides, lead source tracking, prospecting accountability, and brokerage culture. It is not designed for any other industry.
What does onboarding involve?
During signup you enter your GCI goal (90-day and annual), unit targets (buyer sides and seller sides), current production history, lead source breakdown (sphere, online leads, cold calling, etc.), and your motivations. This profile is what the AI uses to match you to a coach persona and personalize every session from day one.
